Refund Policy

At Cherry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that your purchases meet your expectations. Please read our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Important Notice:

  • Only US orders are eligible for Trendsi return services. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Orders Shipped to US Customers:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags attached and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • Please note that exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Return Window:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date the tracking shows the package was delivered.
  • The return must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the request to qualify for a full refund.
  • For split package orders, the return window will start from the final package delivery date.

Restocking Fees & Non-Qualifying Returns:

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We may decline the entire return if it does not meet the return requirements.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
  • If your item was damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive the returned package, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation detailing the actions taken after your return has been processed.
